Not really top competitive, but a whole lot of fun with enough attack that it may just win some games:

X2 repeating cannons
x2 troop carts
x2 rebel captains
Ackbar
Leia HC
R2PO
caamasi
x2 ugs
13 activations 200pts

You basically have two cannons that can sextuple attack with one boosted by Ackbar. Hopefully Leia will save a couple pieces. With six attacks the cannons will hopefully hit something.

I'd put in the Hoth Officer instead of Leia. The only things you'd really care about making the save with would be the Repeating Cannons, because if you save with the cart, and fail with the Cannons, you'll be screwed anyways. The extra 10 damage, on 6 different shots....OUCH.

No, i have two captains because my plan is to split the carts up, making them harder to rush. Otherwise that within 6 restriction that kills rebel commanders keeps everyone very close together. Really bad for area damagers like lightning, LT5, missiles, ect.

Ah, whoops, missed that. Yeah, two Officers and two Captains would tie up a lot of points. Even so, two Captains ties up a decent amount of points. I can't imagine that on any of the 200 point maps that you would get THAT spread out to require two captains. I guess I can see it happening though.

Also, this squad would have a pretty rough time on the hardboard I think.

I made a team similar to this in december, it just usedone repeater+cart combo, but I used Chewie RH and the RBSV to regulate deathsand absorb damage on the cart/repeater

It did well, beat a JWM squad a couple of weeks ago, which used doombot to remove my captain and hoth officer early due to my poor placement early on...
