Well, first of all, I couldn't even remember what the Klatooinian Enforcer had for stats, so that shows you how often I'd play it. Once I looked it up.....Yeah, get rid of that like a bad habit. First of all, it's never going to hit much (+1 attack?!), and secondly, it has the Advantageous attack Special Ability, so that won't stack at all with Han's CE. You'd be much better off dropping him, and using the 7 points to upgrade Obi-Wan to the new Obi-Wan Unleashed variant.
While the Rebel Commando Strike Leader is cheaper than Clone Commander Bacara, Bacara has a lot more to offer. First of all, Bacara has a +10 base attack, and Cunning on top of that, whereas the RCSL has only a +5 attack. So he's not likely to hit much. Bacara will hit things pretty often, and for 10 more damage too when you're able to use Cunning.
Scorch and Fixer are decent, but Sevs are always better. unless you really feel like you need Fixer's Door Gimmick. But instead of Fixer, I would drop in some version of R2, and then a couple of Ugnaughts.
Rebel and Dressilian Commandos suffer from the same problem as the RCSL: low attack bonuses. So those would be better replaced by other Republic Commandos, or filler.
It's been a while since I've done a straight up LS vs DS build. Any time I've done non-standard faction builds, it's been a 'Dream Team', put whatever you want together, type of thing. This has got me thinking a little bit.
