I think your focus is all wrong. Nothing in this squad really takes advantage of Revan's CEs.

Here's what I am working on:

88 Revan
61 Ulic Qel-Droma
36 Mandolarian Blademaster x2
15 Ugnaught Demolitionist x5

It's only got 9 activations, but as you said, its just something for fun. You have 2 bodyguards who can Twin at +12, and Ulic moves 18 squares a round until he is right up close to the enemy.

Its usually ok to use someone else's squad, just as long as you don't take credit for making the squad.

Just take credit for winning with the squad.

I wouldn't post a squad if I minded someone else using it. I think most people feel the same way.

If you do win with it and someone asks you must give credit where it is due. Unless you swap an uggie and replace with an ewok, then that squad is all yours.... :)

People make way too much of this topic. Anyone remember the B&B creation thread? Its like you get money for these squads or something the way some people seem to take it. Giving credit is a good idea, but to say it is "required" or some such is kinda silly. And to tell someone else that they "did not create" a squad because you saw it (or think you did) somewhere else first is pretty meaningless as well.

Ive never understood the desire for "original creation" anyway. If you develop a squad that works well for you, and have success with it, then enjoy it. That's your reward. Who cares if you borrowed an idea you liked from someone else, there is no such thing as original creation anyways. Someone has always thought of it before you in some way. Yours is at best a twist on the idea.

I give more credit to careful development and playtesting than to the guy who posts 8 billion squads within a week of the release hoping one might stick so he can claim his "brilliance".

Recognition is nice, dont get me wrong. But it needs to be recognition given because those giving it desire to do so, not because you require them to do so. With the B&B thread. Others kept putting words into my mouth to make it seem as if I was some crazy glory hog, when all I was doing was stating my history with the squad design. Its just stupid to worry about it. The anti-giving-me-credit people were so much more emotional about it than I ever was lol. I was just sick and tired of two to three of my no so favorite WotC posters constantly entering every thread I posted in saying crap like, "Did you create this squad to?"...

The only person who seems to be taking it seriously is you, Bill. I think everyone else is just joking around.

I was just adding to the discussion. Nothing wrong with taking it seriously is there?
