2 quickie versions. I know enough to know 200 isn't my strong point so help me out.

Boba, Merc
Mara, Jedi
Jaina
Han in STA
Karrde
AA x2
Ug x3

Boba, Merc
Garm
Jaina
Han RH
Karrde
13 points?

Both look pretty good.

If you go with the 2nd, for Reinforcements and the leftover 13 points, go with Verpine Techs or go with a REbel Leader and MOn Cal Techs for combined fire fun.

for either, you might want to consider, Han, Rogue, with all the init control being thrown around.

I thought of Han, Rogue but iniative control has never been that big an isue at my LGS and I don't think the small chance of Rogue helping me is enough reason to give up the definite help that each squads curent Han adds.

I might just finish up the second one with Juno and a Mon Cal. The Verpine is nice, but it doesn't do enough for the squad. Only Garm and Karrde will get Jolt and when I win iniative I'm going to be going for cunning damage from Boba and Han/Jaina. Rebel Leader + Mon Cal x3 is one of my Garm options. Golan/Mon Cal is another.

Forgot to add the part about how activation control isn't that big an issue where I play either. Unless somebody plays a scrub swarm I probably won't see a squad with over 10 activations. I'm more likely to run into something like Bane plus the BH versions of Boba, Dengar, and Bossk.

That's making me lean more towards the first squad. I think I'm going to need the extra damage output from Mara.

I prefer the first squad (less figs to carry around thanks to the lack of Ibis).

I think a different Han is in order. The point of this squad is range (not melee). Han STA allows your followers to get into melee faster (ie. not the point of this squad).

What about:
Boba, Merc
Mara, Jedi
Jaina
Han, Rogue
Karrde
6x Ugo
11 activations, 200 points

Great if you think: Thrawn, Recon, MTB will make an appearence.

OR
Boba, Merc
Mara, Jedi
Jaina
Han, RH
Karrde
4x Ugo
9 activations, 199 points
If you win init Boba/Mara hits for 40 each.

Engineer: I was already moving closer to what you have. I'd gotten to the squad being:

Boba, Merc
Mara, Jedi
Jaina
Karrde
Han (don't know which)
filler

I still like the RH Han version better, but I am starting to rethink things in regard to not needing iniative control. I'm still not all that worried about Thrawn or Recon, but Revan is making me reconsider my Han choice a little more now. I don't know if any of the players I referred to in my last post have Revan yet, but if they do there's a good chance I'll be facing him alongside Bane or Kun.

I would go with the second, but drop Jaina and Karrde, and add Juno, R2-D2, Lobot and filler. Then you can bring an MTB and a ton of free stuff to kill with it, or a Rebel leader with 3 Mon Cal Mercs to spot. So far, I am undefeated with that squad.

Except Mara cant be in squads with Juno and R2.
I really like the Garm/Fett build.
