Pelleaon drops Jerjerod for Either a Advance Scout, heavy stormtrooper, Ozzel/Tarkin, or another 501st. Vaders rienforcements are 2 more 501st each time he hits it. With force bubble and vaders anti-melee abilities its probably the best stormtrooper squad out there as far as competitiveness goes. Stormies shoot at +22 for 40 with Opp and double.

This is what we messed around with in testing of Vader for R&R. ANy thoughts?

How did this squad do against Lancer/Yobuck Squads in play testing? I would think it would have serious problems.

I played a very similar build yesterday at 150. The Heavy Storm is a nice secondary attacker to drop in and pound out some reliable damage. What I enjoyed most about the new Vader though, aside from rolling a 7 and a 12 on the first 2 inits was seeing all those Stormies running all over the board, and them actually being dangerous.

It beat double lancer in testing. Outacted, lock the doors, make em strafe vader. Against yobuck it's not so not. I think it could do ok against it though with a noble wall.

I've long thought Jer's CE had potential. Might be time to explore that thought again.

+22 for 40 with double is really good. These guys sniped full hp Plo Koon in one phase. 501st dont play.
