I'm not sure why you have 5 uggies in the squad. At most I would bring 2 (as Lobot can bring in more if you absolutely need them), and then I'd bring in 3 Rodian Brutes with the last 9 points...the Brutes make excellent swappers (with stable footing), and their +7 attack with GAThrawn is not too bad at all.
I think that Rukh would work well in this squad, as he has a movement breaker (charging assault) which will help your melee-only squad to close the gap...run him up 12 for a strike or two (with Cleave), and then swap in a Knight. That might be more useful than a Noghri Commando, though I guess you'd have to test it out.
Also, I think your squad might possibly do better with the damage boost from Mitthrawn, rather than with the +3/+3 from GAThrawn. You have Ysalamiri anyway thanks to Pallaeon.
