--Cloaked Figures--
43 Jedi Master Jorus C'baoth
39 Quinlan Vos, Double Agent
36 Master Tholme
29 Aayla Secura, Jedi Knight
22 Obi-Wan Kenobi, Padawan
9 R2-D2, Astromech Droid
8 Mas Amedda
8 R7 Astromech Droid
6 Ugnaught Demolitionist x2

(200pts. 10 activations)

I just wanted the get everyones opinion on ways to improve this squad. I really like Tholme, Quinlan and Aayla and I think they work really well together. I was looking at their stats today and I got an idea of seeing how well they would work in a Jorus C'boath squad, and the combo is quite good i think. You can grant force cloak to everyone first round. From then on, you can give lightsaber assault, Brutal strike and Force pull 2 to everyone. You can give Master of the Force 2 to Aayla so that she can use Lightsaber Sweep and Brutal Strike at the same time. The ability for Quinalan and Aayla to do lightsaber assault with twin attack is amazing. Quinlan, Aayla and Tholme each can get to a 24 defense, which is pretty good. I like how Quinlan can potentially do double twin with assasin for 120 (maybe more depending on con artist) with Brutal Strike. I think this squad has potential and I'd like suggestions on making it the best squad it can be.

With all the Snow Trooper swarms running around, I wonder about building around the Battle of Theed Obi with Jedi reflexes, and putting him Cloaked in Gambit.

That's a good suggestion, especially since you don't need Mas Amedda in the squad. Jorus' CE doesn't need Mas; it functions like GOWK's CE. "Each follower with a Force rating gets +3 Attack and +3 Defense as long as it has an ally within 6 squares." Those 8pts from Mas make up the difference to upgrade Obi from the 22pt to the 30pt version.

Bringing in the 30pt Obi Wan is a good idea, since he can give out Use the Force to everyone else, in addition to lightsaber assault, no to mention giving protection versus lancer due to jedi reflexes. Thanks for the input TheHutts and Thereisnotry! Do you think i could eliminate the R7 to add in a couple more activatons, like maybe a rodian diplomat and another uggie? If I take Mas out, it would be 9 activations which is kinda low, although 10 wasn't terribly much either. I'm counting on the Force Cloak to make up for the fact opponents shooters will outactivate me forceing them to come adjacent to me rahter than shooting across the map.

The main concern I'd have with dropping the R7 is the danger of getting locked out...but if you have a Rodian Diplomat (always a good choice, esp with cloaked figs!) and 3 Ugs, I think you should probably be fine. I think it's worth testing with both options to see which one you like best. You should just plan to always be out-activated, though.

I do think you'll need to be at least moderately aggressive with this squad if you want to get 3pt wins, though. You have great defense vs shooters, but with only one movement breaker and no shooters, you'll have a hard time doing damage against shooters too.

Just wanted to post an updated version of this squad. It has turned into probably the best squad I've ever made and I am just excited to play it every time. I think it can do incredibly well in the current meta!

Here is the updated squad:

--Cloaked Figures--
43 Jedi Master Jorus C'baoth
39 Quinlan Vos, Double Agent
30 Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jedi Padawan
29 Aayla Secura, Jedi Knight
23 Foul Moudama
14 Coleman Trebor
9 R2-D2, Astromech Droid
5 Rodian Diplomat
5 Salacious Crumb
3 Ugnaught Demolitionist

(200pts. 10 activations)
