Luke w/ Yoda-70
Princess Leia-20=90
Chewie, RH-30=120
R2-P0-18=138
Lobot-27-165
Han, Rougue-30=195
Rebel Trooper-200

7 base activations, up to 13 with reinforcements. Force Defense prevents Lord Vader from LS assaulting. Disruptive prevents Vader, JH from being swapped in adjacent. Han gives me a chance to get four attacks on either Vader. Double override. Anti-swarm via disruptive. Should I stick with Han, Rougue or go for Han, RH?

I'd say Rouge, helps defintly against Thrawn, and Revan when he comes out. Looks very nice.

Scramble: A Droid enemy or an enemy with Mounted Weapon hit by this character's attack is considered activated this round, save 11. Huge and larger creatures ignore this effect.

If that's what makes the Mon Cal worth more than sry to burst your bubble. Just givin you a heads up incase you do play against huges with mounted weapons.

Definitely go with Rogue, if you're strictly anti B&B. Otherwise, I would go with Rebel Hero. He helps with Luke's lack of Damage Potential.

It's not really strictly B&B, but I want it to be able to take B&B. I want it to still be good against other stuff.

@ sithdragon
It doesn't really matter about the huge vs. scramble thing anyway. They never hit anyone.

It's a very anti-B&B squad. It basically counters everything good in the squad. And I voted rogue, just because initative control ( or just taking away your opponents ) with Luke and yoda is crucial.

If you want it to be competitive vs. everything else go RH to be able to counter more squads.

Why is it that people can't spell? Han Rougue? Seriously? I expected better from you, sixfootoneder. tsk tsk...

That is a really hard decision in this squad...RH or Red...RH or Red...

I hate to say it, but I would have to go with Han, Rouge, he's better if you're going anti-B&B, he can also be the target of Leia's CE for a possible 70 Accurate Shot damage.

It's a hate squad, but a good one.

You correct him and then use the word Rogue incorrectly yourself. C'mon man, seriously?

Rogue got a huge boost with Luke. Winning initiative is huge for the Rebels now.

Also, I wouldnt call it a boost. What changes is this. All Rebels squads dependent on init were Han based - Cunning for Scoundrel, or Advantageous with RH. So you hurt them to even out init with Rogue. Now we have a piece that can benefit from init significantly without those two.

This is a perfect example of why overreacting to a new piece is often a bit premature. Rob designs the game several sets at a time. Why assume that a piece will not be later made useful and get yourself all up in a tizy about it because its use is not apparent immediately?

Examples - Han Rogue, Han Scoundrel, Gran Raider.

Where are all the people who swore they would never use Rogue ever at now? Oh wait, he is arguing about the power creep evident in Chewy on Hoth.
